Liwal Digital University provides tuition free higher education, we need your support, sponsorship and donations for the university activities, educational content and teaching materials development.
Till now with the technical and financial assistance of Mr. Noor Rahman Liwal, family, Liwal companies and Liwal Foundation,
the following digital university activities are completed which provides free education to thousands of students:
1- University website, creation, hosting and updating
2- Online students and teachers registration system is built, In one month 13 Afghan graduates volunteered and started teaching online degrees in communication, computer, chemistry, accounting, teaching, civil engineering, and social sciences. About 30 others volunteer academics are registered to offer free education in Liwal Digital University.
3- Learning Management System service for hosting degrees, courses, lessons and homework in Pashto, Dari and English languages online through the website and offline on Android app, Windows and Linux operating devices.
4- Digital Teaching Content includes all Ministry of Education and Liwal curriculum books(K-12 grade) are uploaded on the teaching platform. 25% or more of the total lessons are supported by teaching videos. Video preparation for the rest of the lessons are under-work.
Loan, support, sponsorship and donations are needed for the following digital university activities:
Activity 1- Many students are enrolling whose school documents need to be verified. Liwal Digital University currently has no resources to evaluate the submitted student documents, Admission Assistants required for admission and authentication of the student documents.
Activity 2- Creation of a proctoring platform for individual testing services, questions and answers bank generation, a quiz for each chapter and semester-end final exam for each course needs to be created.
Proctor Assistants required for Proctoring exams and assisting related faculty in creating questions and answers.
Activity 3- At least 10 technical translators of Pashto, Dari and English required to work with the teaching faculty in collecting, translating and uploading syllabus in the Learning Management System, which will save the honorary faculty's time.
Activity 4- Multimedia Creator Assistants are required to record and create videos and animations from the lectures of the faculty.
About, 15 million AFN is an estimated cost to accomplish the above digital university activities. For which, we need financial help and volunteers, as well as, we welcome interest-free loans that can be paid back with a tenure of 10 years. As soon as Liwal Digital School receives sufficient funds, within a year, more than 1 million students will receive free education in their home in Afghanistan and worldwide.
In the second year, Liwal Digital university will generate approximately one billion Afghani through enrollment and exam fees and will be able to pay off the loan after two years.
The university promises to be a provider of tuition free education forever but in order to be self-sustainable, the school will charge very little fees to avoid the abuse of registration, exam and certification system. For details please see below budget, to support, sponsor and donate, contact us.
