A six year undergraduate degree that gives students full depth in basic medical knowledge, leading to medical professionals.

Background
Among these last centuries in Afghanistan, there is not a university that has the capacity to introduce technology (virtual environment, software, teaching system) to provide online education facility. For the first time Liwal Digital University is able to do and provide all services which are necessary for online teaching. In Afghanistan, due to the current situation, there is no facilities or higher education opportunities for female. In addition, the people living in Afghanistan are poor and don’t have the ability to pay fee for continuing their higher education. There are young girls and boys who graduated from high school during the past 2 to 3 decades. Most graduated persons are not fluent in the English language but most of them are able to speak, read and write Pashto and Dari languages.

Goals
Educate those who don’t have access to continue higher education.

Objective
1- Capacity building of students who are not able to continue education within governmental or privet university but they have the talent and mental ability to continue their education.

2- To introduce new talented human resource to the afghan country.

3- To educate the students with up to date lectures, presentations, relevant models, animation videos, practical methods, lessons, site visits such as hospitals, clinics and modern therapy facilities.
4- To help country education system in medical field.

There are two stages to complete this degree;
Stages-1: Primary 3 years are related to part-I or Basics of medical science
Stages-2: Secondary 3 years are related to part-II or Advance or clinical/practical medical science
Entrance requirement
Entrance to Part-I
1- Having legal documents passing 12 grade high school.
2- Passing test of entrance
Entrance to the part-II or Advance or clinical practical part
1- Having legal documents passing 3 years education.
2- Passing test of comprehensive examination Part-I

Program Details
Education is in Pashto, Dari and English languages (selection choice available).
This is a six year program (1st year , 2nd year, 3rd Year, 4th year, 5th year, 6th year + research monograph or thesis).

Each year has 2 semesters and will have med term exam and final exam.

Each student should pass the comprehensive examination in part-I. If comprehensive examination is not passed student can’t write comprehensive examination part -II. If comprehensive examination is not passed student can’t follow further steps (thesis and certification).

For passing the exam there are following stages.
1- Theory (passing the exam of MCQ related subject online) scoring system.
2- Oral discussion on any from ( such as Multimedia smartphone, WhatsApp, Imo, Skype, messenger ,telegram , Instagram, etc).
3- Practical work or practice documentation.
If midterm exam is not passed student can’t go to final step or semester. Each semester has 3 chances to pass the class. First chance after completion of course. Second chance after 1 month. Third chance after 2 months.
